Why register your company in Bulgaria

Bulgaria taxes company profit at 10% and the owner's dividend at 5%. It has been in the EU since 2007, a full Schengen member since 2025, and uses the euro since 1 January 2026. We register your EOOD or OOD for €199.

  • The lowest price level in the EU: 63% of the EU average (Eurostat, 2025).
  • The lowest labour cost in the EU: €12 an hour against an EU average of €34.90 (Eurostat, 2025).

How we register your company

All in, filing online: €199 + €28.12 state fee = €227.12, plus the notary.

  1. 1Write to us: legal form, name, owners and manager.
  2. 2We prepare the documents and send them to you online.
  3. 3The manager has their signature certified by a notary.
  4. 4We file the application online; the company receives its number (ЕИК) on registration.
