Company registration in Bulgaria – €199

We register your EOOD or OOD for €199: we prepare the documents and file the application online with the Commercial Register. The Registry Agency decides by the end of the next working day, and the company gets its number (ЕИК) on registration. The state fee (€28.12 online) and the notary's certification of the manager's signature are paid separately.

How much does it cost to register a company in Bulgaria?

€199 for our service. On top come the Registry Agency's state fee – €28.12 when filed online (€56.24 on paper) – and the notary's certification of the manager's signature.

How long does registration take?

The Registry Agency decides by the end of the next working day after filing. We prepare the documents as soon as we have your details; the notary step depends on when you visit a notary.

Can a foreigner register a company in Bulgaria?

Yes, at the same price of €199. Foreign documents are translated into Bulgarian with the translator's signature certified, and if the manager does not live in Bulgaria, a contact person in Bulgaria is named.

Does a new company have to register for VAT?

It is compulsory once turnover exceeds €51,130 in a calendar year, within 7 days. You can also register voluntarily straight away, together with the company.
