From €17 a month for a company with no activity or no VAT registration. The price depends on your monthly document volume and VAT registration. Every plan includes the tax returns, the annual accounts and payroll for one employee. All plans are on the Pricing page.
€199 for an EOOD or OOD, the same for foreign founders. The Registry Agency's state fee (€28.12 online) and the notary's certification of the manager's signature are paid separately.
No. We work fully online and paperless: documents are sent and signed electronically, with an e-signature. If you want to meet, our office is in Studentski grad, Sofia, open Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00.
When its taxable turnover since the start of the calendar year passes €51,130. The application is due within 7 days. The details are on the VAT registration page.
Bookkeeping from €17 a month, company registration for €199, VAT registration (€0 to €200), payroll (€12 to €20 per employee; payroll for one employee is included in every plan), VAT and other tax refunds (€0 to €316) and catch-up bookkeeping for past periods (30–50% of the monthly fee per month). Everything is handled online, with an e-signature.
Yes, at any time of the year. You authorise us with the National Revenue Agency using an e-signature, and we request the trial balance, general ledger, payroll records and latest filed returns from your previous accountant. Months that were not booked are handled as catch-up bookkeeping: 30–50% of the monthly fee per month.
For the time being Fiscala offers accounting services only for entities registered in Bulgaria.
Yes. A VAT or other tax refund costs €0 to €316 depending on the case. Under Art. 92 of the VAT Act, the National Revenue Agency normally refunds VAT within 45 days of the VAT return being filed. In an NRA inspection or audit we prepare the documents and the replies for you.
Yes. Payroll for one employee is included in every plan; each further employee costs €12 to €20 a month. We prepare the payslips, the contribution and tax returns and the filings with the National Revenue Agency.
